It says on my Spotify subscription info that I am being charged 4.99 a month plus tax , but on my bank account charges it says it charged me 9.99... any ideas on how to fix that ?

This charge can be caused due to unsuscessful verification of your student status or that you might have created a second account in the process (or logged in to the wrong one).
Please use this help page to locate all account listed with your details to make sure you only have one account.
