My Question or Issue

I have a Spotify Student account with an activated Hulu account.

(Mistakenly I will admit that I paid 3 days late as I forgot to unlock my card to allow the payment to go through but I did pay within those 3 days.)

I am unable to use the bundled service and pressing "Start Watching," brings me to the Hulu home page whether I'm logged in or not. Going into my Hulu account (it is the right account and it activated) and I see a "resubscribe," button that leads to a page with Hulu regular plans despite paying for my student subscription.

I have already tried using multiple browsers, and "private," windows on the phone and on the computer. There are no VPNs, and/or any limiting browser/app settings that limit its use.  I have contacted a Hulu agent but Hulu "can not do anything with or to the account," as it is through Spotify. I was then politely redirected to contact Spotify's community page as Spotify as it is on their side to get the account "reactivated and linked."

No other topics show a real solution to this problem so here I am hoping for a solution. Best regards.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this.

You can try re-linking your accounts again here, preferably using an incognito or private window in your browser on a desktop device.

If your issue persists, you'll need to cancel your subscription and wait until it reverts to free and resubscribe to Premium Student again.

Once you've done that, you can activate your Hulu ad-supported plan with the right Hulu account from Your Services. It'd be a good idea doing that in an incognito/private window as well.
