Hi, I'm new here so sorry if this is the wrong section to post.
My problem is regarding the student premium option. I have recently enrolled in a university and have been told that i can use my uni email address to qualify for Spotify Premium Student.
I filled out all the necessary including 2 documents sent out in the last 3 months which included all the info necessary (Name, Uni name, confirmation of acceptance etc..) and have yet to hear from spotify.
I understand that they would get back to me within 3 business days, it has been 5-6, but so far nada.
My question is whether anyone else has had issues similar to this how they fixed it. Also, does spotify have an email address for customers so I can contact them directly, i failed to find one.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with getting the email for your student discount verification. We'll definitely be able to help though.
Can you try checking your spam/junk folders to see if the confirmation for your discount is there?

As you haven't received the email with the confirmation yet, I suggest trying to get the discount again from scratch here.
I also suggest checking other email addresses inboxes you could've used, as it could be there.
