Student Premium discount was changed to regular Premium without previous notification

My Question or Issue

My student Premium account for changed to a regular Premium subscription without Spotify ever notifying me and I was charged the full price. Please note that I am still a student and requested and was granted again the student discount.

I'd like compensation.

Hi @CaioFreitas, 

Premium Student is valid for up to 12 months from the date you subscribed.

When the discount expires, your subscription automatically continues at the standard rate for Premium Individual unless you cancel or apply for another year (with a 4 year limit). 

Could you confirm that you're still eligible for the Premium Student offer?
