Student Premium not accepting card information

Student Premium not accepting card information

I have been verified for the student discount and I am trying to sign up, however, everytime I enter my card information it says that something went wrong. I have already tried 2 different cards and even went on an incognito tab. I tried on both my desktop and my iphone so I don't think my device is the issue either. Any ideas on what could be the problem?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

It'd be great for you to double-check the cars you try to use is also enabled for recurring purchases. Ideally, it'd be best to check this with your bank.
