My Question or Issue

Hi, I just realized that I've been getting charged the full premium price, rather than the student discount price. I was never sent an email reminding me to re-verify that I am a student and would like to know how long I have been getting charged this full price as well as be reimbursed. Thank you!

There is a way to check your paymets and that is by going to your account overview. To get there go to and sign in to your account. Once you have signed in, on the top right corner you can will see Profile>Account. Once you have loaded into your account overview, on the left side you can see receipts. This will give you a list of every payments you have made. 


If you are looking to reverify your account, go to your account overview and there you will find the reverify button. 


Now about reimbursement, i would recommend going to this Spotify Site about refunds and there you can find the best way to get a reimbursement.
