Student account not renewed

I have not used my student account 3 times but I am not allwoed to renew?

I'm sorry to hear about this.

Could you let me know what happens when you try to renew your student status? If there is an error message, please send me a screenshot of that. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

It says I have used for 4 years but that is not correct.  I only used the discount twice, but since the first was 4 years ago they said I cannot get it again....yet I am still a student and only received the discounted price twice.
