Dear Spotfy people.

On Saturday, April 22, 2017, I made a payment to benefit from student discount for my Spotify Premium membership. The document I sent was approved. But my account is still not premium. Despite the price of 6.99, my card was charged twice, including 5.99 and 6.99 Turkish Liras. Could you help me with that?
