Student dicount charged and not working

Hello, when i was verificating my student card my wifi conection lost and i couldnt reload the page, so then i reconected it and tried again, and it took me start page, also i got charged for 3,49eur. How can i get my money back? Thanks...

Sometimes when you enter your payment details, the money is drafted and remains as pending for the discount to be validated.

If you didn't complete the student discount verification process, the money will automatically go back to your bank account after a few business days.

You can find more info on failed Spotify payments here. Also, you can contact your bank for more details on these pending transactions.
