The credit card I used until recently got stolen, so I had to cancel it and wait until I could update the new one on my account. Once I did my plan got automatically switched back to regular Premium, and when I tried to get my discount back, I got an error message from SheerID saying I couldn't because "I already used the offer". I'm still a student and can prove it. What do I do to solve this issue ? I'll have to unsubscribe if I can't.
