Student discount renewal

So I've had the student discount costing $4.99 a month and all of a sudden was charged $9.99. I guess that the student discount needs to be renewed every year, but there was no email or anything warning me that the 12 months was up. I want to get the student discount back obviously, but am nervous that if i renew my discount I'm going to have to pay another $4.99 on top of the $9.99 that I've already paid for this month. It would also be great to get credited the $5 because there was no warning that my student discount was coming to an end. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm working with a students budget:)

Hi there! I've actually had the same problem before, and I got it resolved by contacting support here. And yes, you are correct you will have to reapply for the student discount (to ensure that you are still a student). I hope you get it all sorted out 🙂
