Someone is using my name to get the student discount. I want to pay for premium monthly but cannot get the discount because my information is already linked to another account. I did not set up any other accounts.
I'd recommend getting in touch with the Spotify support team using the online contact form or by sending a private message to @SpotifyCares on twitter. They'll be able to take a look backstage, and you'll hear from them shortly!
