Student discount without student email

My Question or Issue

 I am a student currently studying and I tried to log in to the Spotify premium store. There's a step where my they have to validate my student email address but at my institution we use our own email addresses, therefore I keep on getting an error saying please enter a valid student email address. 

I've had the student discount before but it has run out. 

Is there a way around this?

Thanks for reaching out. In this case, we'd recommend contacting the SheerID team. A lot of institutions have students with their own email address. It is possible to use it, but they will help you with this 🙂
