Student discount

I recently signed up for the student discount and I was supposed to get a verification email but I never received one, however, my card was charged. My account still says that it the Spotify free.

First, are you sure the account you are trying to access is the one that you have upgraded?
 
As regards to the email please check you junk and spam folders as it may have filtered into there.
