Student discount

I signed up for Spotify premium using student discount. I have been charged payment for it however it still says that my account is free and that my student credentials are associated with another account. I do not have another Spotify account and I can't access the premium Spotify that I am paying for.

please help.

If you're getting an error message saying your discount is on another account, try following these steps to see if you can find the account.

If you can't find another account, reach out to us through Twitter or Facebook with all of the info for your payment. We'll see what we can find.
