My Question or Issue

So, I received an email that my student plan was alomst over and had to renew. I did, on 24/03/2020, but gor charged a full premium ammount today. Had to renew again today as a student, no idea what went wrong. Last month I followed the procedure, got email verification, checked and everything seemed fine. Please refund me on th efalse extra charge.

Sorry to hear that you've been paying more than expected for your Premium subscription. Please note that your student discount is not automatically activated upon approval of your student verification request. You will need to click on the link that was sent to your email in order for the discount to be applied to your account.

 

You can also always check the status of your subscription on your account page, under Your plan.

I followed all the steps but still I paid a full amount for a month. Could
I get refunded or get the next month free or something?

It's possible that you applied the discount after your usual payment date and that's why you see the full charge.

 

It's important that go through the checkout when you click on the verification link from SheerID and follow the steps.
