My Question or Issue

Hi,

I was using student premium for 1 year. I got an email to renew my premium. But I misunderstood it need to be done  at my enrollment documents due date also my payment failed for this reason. I tried to renew and still it charge me $11.99. so I talked to one of Spotify member he refresh my account and put a order to send my money back. Now I am stuck can't change premium nor put payment details which will charge me $11.99. I need this sort out as soon as possible. I filed case on Spotify website. They don't reply to my email.

Please help me on this issue so I can get my account back.
