Hello I'm a student and I availed the premium for students. I use Paymaya as an payment instrument. Spotify showed a message that I will not be charged until i send my 3 valid school ids or documents but then when I checked my account they already charged me. Atleast help me how can I send my ids or get a refund. Thank you

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.

I was not able to send any proof that I am a student. I was not completely
uneligible for the request it's just that the 'choose file' button is
having issues that's why I have to reload the page. Please just help me on
how can I verify my request. Thank you

You can sign up for the Student Discount at https://spotify.com/student.
