Hi there,
SheerID approved my Student ID and my bank account shows that I've paid , it is not pending. But I can't use premium. Log out and Log in back doesn't work.

If you are still facing issues after doing the reccomended steps and you have had a payment reciept via email from Spotify. confirming the charge. I would suggest you message Spotify so their accounts team can take a look backstage:
