Unable to continue to student verification

I've recently been trying to get the student discount for spoitfy, I put in my card details and am then taken to the next screen where it says i have to verify I'm a student. However the continue button doesn't seem to do anything. I've tryed refreshing, restarting my computer and using different browsers but nothing works.
