Used 99p 3 month discount but it counted as a normal student discount

 I had a discount offer from UNIDAYS for 99p for 3 months, I applied the discount but the receipt in my email says I applied for the £4.99 per month deal. Any way I can chargeback and use my 3 month deal instead?
