Was charged the normal premium after already having changed to student

This morning i finally remenbered to change my premium to a  students premium. The change was successfull.

I decided to also change the country because i am now in another country and already have a credit card.

This was all done without a problem and i was happy.

The problem is that about 10 minutes ago i got a notification from my banking app saying i was charged 9.99£. The students premium is 4.99£.

I rechecked my premium plan and it was back to a normal premium.

So i need the payment team contact info to take care of this refund
