Won't let me activate Hulu subscription


I have the Spotify Premium for Students plan, and when I click Activate Hulu and try to, I just keep getting a "We've Hit a Snag" error message. This occurs in Safari, Chrome, and Incognito, and regardless of whether I try to log into an existing Hulu account or make a new one.

We'd first recommend heading here to activate the bundle from a different device.


Please note that this offer is not compatible with the Hulu (no ads) or Live TV plans, or with any Hulu premium add-ons.


If you're still having troubles a screenshot of the error message you see would be helpful so we can take a closer look. Just make sure that it doesn't contain any private or sensitive info.

I've been having the same problem for a couple weeks now, and have tried to activate Hulu through https://www.spotify.com/us/account/your-services/ from multiple devices and browsers.


The link there goes to https://signup.hulu.com/spotify where I get the following options: 



Both options give this:



As mentioned, I tried this several weeks ago with multiple browsers, and again today on a different device, with the same results.


Following the link to Hulu's support site, their only advice on how to connect is to follow these same steps, but it's impossible to get to step 3 because of this issue.
