I was on the student version. I received an e-mail that I needed to renew. I renewed, but the normal premium membership fee is charged. When I apply for the student version again, it says ''You have already redeemed this offer''.

I’m sorry to hear about this, there is a list of problems that can occurs with the Student Discount.

Sometimes it's the verification process, you can check the Student verification is not working Article.

Sometimes this is the University or the college, check out the article University or college not listed if this is the case.

Please note that student discount expires after 12 months, you can check How to renew student discount if this is the case. Also the Student Discount can be used up to 4 years, after 4 years of 50% you will be not eligible anymore.
