can't get a premium student account

My Question or Issue

I can't get myself a premium student account. I tried several times to get that premium (since I'm still a student) And everytime the same notification pops up "not able to go through with student premium cause you already had a 3 month trail period."

But I never got myself a premium student account on here.. So I don't know how to fix this so I am hoping someone here can help here.

It sounds like you're having troubles upgrading to Premium Student. Just to confirm, are you trying to upgrade using this link?

Hey thanks for the help
But neither of those options work for me..
I tried a few times but nothing..
Do you have any other suggestions?
It keeps saying you aren’t able to get this
But I am registered at spotify as a student until the end of this year.
So I can’t just delete my account because I will lose that statute
