Student discount premium
My Question or Issue
I have already done the process of sheerID, so the student discount is already available to me. However on the last step, as I was already paying premium through mobile credit or as we say it here load. I didn’t check how much I had, so it turned out i was insuffiecient. But I still recieved the text message for the pin, and what I found odd in the text was it also said “you have successfully charged with 0.00”. I tried to do that process again since I refilled my mobile credit but I can’t get another pin, it always says there’s a problem. My courier is SMART. And I want to fix this as soon as possible, what do I do?
