cant change subscription

So i want to change my spotify premium to a student acc.and i cant because you need a credit card (information) and i dont have one yet. Can i change it without doing that?

(I bought a pre-paid card to have premium)

Unfortunately, you can only subscribe to the Student Discount using the available payment methods. If the payment method you’d like to use isn’t being offered to you on the payment page, then it’s most likely not available at the moment.

Also, Gift Cards are not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, such as Premium for Family, student discount, or trial offers.
