discount for STUDENT living and studying in two different countries

Hello, I am german and I have a german spotify premium account and want to switch it into a student account. My problem is I am studying in austria and do have a austria college email adress. When I tried to get the student discount it says "discount not available - no service for this country". I don't understand why it doesn't work but I think the problem is about the two different countries. I just donn't know how to solve the problem. I hope you can help me. wenn du an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben bist, an der du Spotify's Studentenrabatt nutzen kannst, genießt du sogar im Ausland die Vorteile des Rabatts. 

Allerdings muss in deinem Konto das Land angegeben sein, in dem sich deine Hochschule befindet. Auch das Land für deine Zahlungsmethode muss mit diesem Land übereinstimmen. Weitere Infos dazu findest du in Spotify's Leitfaden zu Landeseinstellungen.
