minhas credenciais estao sendo usadas por outra pessoa

 Boa noite, hoje recebi uma mensagem sobre o pagamento do meu plano porém não veio com o desconto de estudante, entao fui ver no site e surgiu essa mensagem quando coloco meus dados

Ao que da para entender é que tem outro usuario usando, mas quem?

Preciso de ajuda como faço para recuperar meu acesso ao plano de estudante universitario.

Eu enviei tudo certinho como tinha que ser e nunca vi um erro desses acontecer.

Good night, today I received a message about the payment of my plan but it didn't come with the student discount, but with the value of the individual plan.

so I went to see it on the website and i tried to use my credentials the site accused someone else of using it, but who?
What I can’t understand is that who is another user using it and how??
I need help how do I regain my access to the university student plan.
I did everything just as it should be and I never saw such an error happen.

Premium Student is valid for up to 12 months from the date you subscribed. Unless renewed in time, your subscription automatically continues at the standard rate for Premium Individual. You can always check the status of your subscription on your account page, under Your plan.
