"Offer already redeemed." My student premium offer has never been used or applied for on any account

My Question or Issue

Today I tried to sign up for the student premium for which I am eligible and have never used on any Spotify account ever. My university was recognised, but I was told I had already redeemed the offer.  I opened a new account using my uni email and tried again and the same has happened. I have absolutely never received this product before.

You can start off by checking your inbox to see if you've received a confirmation email from SheerID. You should be able to apply the discount on your account by clicking the link in that email.
