My Question or Issue

I extended my spotify premium for students during the month of October but I had to pay 9.99 euros for the month of December. I did not receive an email that the renewal of my subscription failed.
Is it possible to get a refund or do I need to change my subscription back to a student subscription as a student?

Thanks for writing about this here in the Community.

 

The student discount is only valid for 12 months at a time and it's possible that yours has expired - this can be the reason that you're being charged at the regular rate. No worries, you can easily reapply for another 12 months following the steps here.

 

If after this process you're still getting an error message, could you give these steps a try and see if they work for you?
