student subscription didn't work

I had student subscription and was told to renew it, which I did. Yet, I just got the bill and it charged me the standard £9.99. How can I get this fixed?

Hey @123447!

 

If you didn't verify the student discount before the new payment went through, you could've been charged the full amount. However, if you received the discount verification email, you'll be charged the discount rate on your next billing date.

 

You can make sure the discount is up and running by logging in here, and heading to Subscription. You'll find the next billing date and the amount you'll be charged.
