wasn't aware student discount was expiring


The email came to me 6 months ago and so far I've been charged the non discount price for 6 months. I had no idea you had to renew the discount every year and I ignored the email from spotify because the address started as no-reply and I ignore most emails from spotify. May I please get at least a partial refund or a month free?
