how to stop free account

how can i stop a free account with spotify that was through my rogers wireless.

We got a family plan through spotify and i can't add the account that was throught rogers wireless to my family one cause its telling me its still with rogers, but its been unsubcribe for a month now but the account is on free.

In this case you will need to contact Rogers and they will be able to release the account from their system.
