Andriod has had the old design for a year

Why is this? I understand it is just a design, I understand it harder to design for android, but ontop of all the problems the android app has (and that I've experienced) this seems so easy to implement. I don't understand this lack of respect for the Andriod app.

There's so much to add and they're great! But I feel like giving equality to all platforms is just more fair. The computer app doesn't have this design either, the web app looks way better!
