Can't Play Download Songs Offline

I have a premium account and have downloaded the album in question, I can play any song on the album whilst offline but they don't form an album: when I check the queue, it's empty despite there being more songs to be played in the album, I can click on the next song manually but this is an inconvenience and frankly makes me question whether paying £10 monthly is worth it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem permanently?
