Can’t subsribe to premium family

been trynna make  payments for premium family but it’s saying payment failed. I have tried every payment method available. what could be the issue?

I’m sorry to hear this. You can always try processing payment using a different browser or private window— also I’d recommend checking your bank account to ensure the charge hasn’t posted there.
