Cant see what my friends are listening to, but they can see me

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue with the Spotify desktop app.
I cannot see what my friends are listening to even though all my settings are correct.

I already tried the following:
Turned on the See what your friends are playing option
Made the app window wider
Connected my account to Facebook
Reinstalled Spotify
Cleared cache and data
Tried on another computer

Still, my Friend Activity feed is empty, while my friends can see what I am listening to.

Is anyone else having this problem or knows if there is a fix for it?

Given the ways you have tried to fix this yourself. It may be time to ctc support 

What you have witten already, is a good query with the Spotify AI inside the support page.
