Do you want to log in to your account and it keeps saying you’re offline even when you’re not?

I had this same problem. I had some issues with my account so I logged out and deleted the app, but when I tried to log into my account it kept saying “You’re offline” even when i had stabile wi-fi. What should you do when you have this issue? Try turning off your VPN ( when you have I phone you find it in:

1.settings

2.general

3. scroll down to “VPN & Device Management”

4.tap to “VPN” and turn it off)

And then after you turn off your VPN you should turn off your phone. Then after 30seconds turn your phone on. Make sure your VPN is still turned off after you turn on your phone! Then turn on your wi-fi and open Spotify app and try to log to your account. When you don’t know password to your account, tap “forgotten password” and Spotify sends you email which will allow you to log into your account without your password.It should work after you follow these steps.
