First 10 Songs of Playlists

Hi

I’m a Spotify premium member and have had this problem for a few months. Numerous chats with Spotify support has not arrived at a solution. So wanted to see if anyone else had this issue and if they resolved it. 

Basically, Spotify curated playlists do not shuffle correctly. When I hit shuffle, the first 10 songs are always the first 10 songs of the playlist are always played first. (In shuffle, but always the same first 10 songs). The rest are then shuffled in randomly after this. This means every time I start that playlist I have to skip the first 10 songs unless I want to hear the same ones all again. 

this happens on most Spotify playlists but not all. For example “Rock This” is fine but “ All out 00s” has the issue. 

This only happens on Spotify playlists, not ones curated by anyone else or my own playlists.
