How does "On repeat" chart get combined?

Hello, 

I've been listening to a song A LOT lately and it hasn't charted on my "On repeat" list. 

I am pretty sure it's a top-3 song at the moment but it isn't even in the top-30. Been listening to it since last Friday when I saw a movie it was featured on; it wasn't on the list on Monday neither today. The song is Ruby Modine's version of "This Land is Your Land." 

Is there a bug or some "rule" I am not aware of?

I dont knoow anything about that problem but you can like that song and you can listen it on your liked songs list
