How to kick start your new Spotify Playlists

Hello, I'm trying my hand at creating Spotify Playlists. I have 30 now (mostly chillout).  I now need to get followers. I share on Twitter etc and get no followers that way so how does everyone else do it? I see all these playlists with thousands of follwers so how did they gert to that point?

If anyone can help, I am happy to add your music if it fits my playlists.
