Is Spotify running advertising for ICE or Border patrol recruitment? If I see 1 ad for such nonsense, I will be cancelling my Spotify accounts and will encourage all others to do the same.

Honestly, it just made me look deeper into how their whole ethos and how they pay their artists and frankly even if they stopped playing the ads at this point, I just think I'd rather support a platform that helps make being a professional musician more sustainable and slightly less extractive.

I've sent in my cancellation and it really bums me out. Spotify is my top used app and it's not even close. I can't believe they think it's okay to support what's happening in our streets.

It has been brought to my attention that Spotify is running ads in support of ICE. Is this true? I would seriously doubt the vast majority of Spotify subscribers and artists would agree with this poor decision. The current administration is tearing our country apart. Does Spotify want to be a part of this dismantling?
