No more Hulu

Pretty disappointed that my Hulu was canceled from under me when we decided to try the new Duo account. It wasn’t made clear from the offer in the email. I’m sure nothing will change or go back to the way it was, but it seems more and more apps/companies don’t care about consumers these days so long as profit rises.

This same thing happened to me just now.  I hit up Hulu support but they were unable to help.  Only the student plan includes Hulu.  Im not going to pay for Hulu, and Im considering moving to a new music streaming app.  It’s unacceptable that no mention was made that I would loose Hulu access after upgrading my account.  Not canceling it… UPGRADING IT!!!
