Please give your QA team some love

I have been using Spotify for a while now, and I love it. The fact I can follow my favourite artists, check their merch and upcoming concerts is a big plus for me. The variety of artists is great as well... However, I have been running into numerous yet inconsistent issues which is making Spotify (the app) hard to love. To be fair, Spotify does work most of the time, but there are just a lot of little bugs that I run into on a daily basis as a heavy user. 

Sometimes my songs will be randomly skipped half-way through playing. Sometimes when I try to toggle shuffle/loop, it will toggle back a second later (I only ever press it once). When I Chrome Cast to my Google Nest speakers, the queue often does not behave as expected, sometimes skipping the queue entirely whilst also consuming it. Just a moment ago it told me I was in offline mode. I toggled offline mode on and off again, but the issue persisted. I was able to fix it by restarting the application and I may never see this bug again, but I will certainly see many more unique ones. Problem is, I won't have enough time or exposure to the bug to form a useful bug report to you.

These bugs are all small and easily remediable (at least for an IT guy like me), but they are far too frequent for my taste. I would highly suggest improving reliability and refining your already brilliant features as opposed to working on more/new ones (I'm still confused on the point of the AI DJ when we have daily mixes and radios). Show your QA team some love for me please ❤️
