Price Increase AGAIN???

Do not understand how we are getting the same product but yet ANOTHER price increase just NEEDS to happen??? Would very much appreciate an actual breakdown of WHY and how this increase will be utilized instead of the excuse of “best experience” blah blah blah we are sent in the email. Tell me the reason you need more money from us and then maybe I won’t be so insanely frustrated.

100% - really looks bad.  No price, no date of increase, had to search other sites for details also.

Removed value, in fact, given the gutting of radio features. I don't get how you can remove features, then increase a service price.

The subject is pretty obvious. We're tired of being taken advantage of a service that we're fond of. I, for example, have the Premium Duo Plan. It was originally 12.99 when I first started paying. Now it's 14.99, an entire 2 dollar increase in price (not including the taxes), and now you're planning on increasing the prices even more soon? It feels more like you're trying push away your "fanbase" rather than actually help them.

Price increases usually on next billing date from the announcement.

There was an increase in price less than a year ago. Why do you keep taking the price up? There’s no way it’s been that drastic of a change requiring these constant increases in such a short time span. At this rate, people might as well pay for Apple Music. You may want to consider that you’re most likely going to lose customers to other platforms that have far greater varieties of musical choices if we keep on. Ijs….

This is like the 5th thread I've seen you in defending Spotify's greed. This is so blatantly an employee trying to mitigate backlash from their terrible decisions lol

Not an employee. You’re wrong again man! You’re bad at being right. Don’t go on a game show or like be in charge of decisions because of the whole being wrong about stuff trait you have

Only came here to complain and add to the comments to hopefully create enough noise spotify hears us. I have cancelled my subscription because of these BS price increases again...

I hope you can afford even one CD a month with Spotify Individual cancellation.

 

Honestly the competition may be lower in price, just to get customers, and price increase after that. Not worth my time, especially when Spotify Premium is still selling at 10 € month buying Gift cards from local chain stores.

I am furious, it feels like it has happend too often over the past couple of years. I am seriously considering cancelling and going to youtube premium, you get youtube music on top of everything else. I am done with this app.
