So, what song would you send to your 10-year-old self from the present day?

That’s a tough question 🤔 I don’t remember my younger self being much into music at that age. I know my friends were big Backstreet Boys fans, but I was really more interested in video games, so I’d have probably enjoyed a sneak-peek of what games there’d be waiting for me in the future 🎮🐾

i am literelly just passed 10 years old so it will have to be a pretty young song i would say shivers or bad habits by ed sheeran (edited : i didint just passed im nearly 12, sorry for the editing mistake

If I could send a song from the present day to my 10-year-old self, I might choose “Sernanders Krog” by Lowrider:

Lowrider’s Refractions is one of my favorite albums, and was released in 2020, which I think I’d consider to be close enough to 2022 to represent the present day for this scenario. “Sernanders Krog” is my favorite song from this relatively new album, with its awesome riffs and an epic guitar solo during the latter half of the track.

Though as a 10-year-old, listening to music wasn’t really an interest or hobby of mine yet, somehow I think I’d still enjoy Lowrider's stoner/desert rock sound, even at that time. The song might also inspire the 10-year-old me to explore this genre further, potentially becoming a fan earlier on of other stoner rock bands from the '90s (such as Kyuss, Fu Manchu, and Sleep) that I enjoy listening to these days as well.
