For this week’s installment of “Question of the Week,” imagine a scenario where the pandemic doesn’t exist, so attending concerts is more practical. Moreover, you can go to a concert by any artist that you enjoy listening to, regardless of whether they’re touring in real life!

Ohhh, tough one! I'd love to turn it into a festival and pick a couple but if I had to choose one I feel like I'd like to go with Oh Wonder. (https://spoti.fi/3BEtKbX)

I was actually supposed to go 13th of March this year, but it had to be postponed. 😞 The energy that radiates their music (and from them) is just really relaxing to me; feels like coming home!

I agree, it’s fun to think of favorite artists that could hypothetically play at the same festival; and I think that could be another Question of the Week!

In this scenario, I would choose to attend a concert by King Buffalo; similarly to your situation with Oh Wonder, I was planning to go to one of King Buffalo’s concerts last year for their Dead Star tour before it was postponed due to the pandemic. Having enjoyed listening to their live “Quarantine Sessions” that they recorded last year, as well as their Live at Freak Valley album from their Bandcamp page, I think King Buffalo's live sound is quite impressive; and here’s one of my favorite tracks of theirs:

I'm not much of a concert goer to be honest, but I'd love to go to the ballet again - preferably a classic with music by Tchaikovsky. Doesn't really matter where, although, if I could pick any place I'd choose the Bolshoi in Moscow 🙂

And my favorite piece is the 'Dance of the Little Swans' from 'Swan Lake' 🐣

I've already gotten to see several of my favorite artists at a concert, but recently, one of my new favorite artists is BENEE. I think it would be cool to see her at a concert in Houston in the future.

For 40 years I have wanted to see Melanie in concert. But I live on the west coast, she lives and only tours on the east coast, so I've never seen her. Her music has inspired me throughout my life.

I would love to go to an Amon Tobin show. His Two Fingers DJ sets are an absolute fire and no fan of his is likely prepared for what he might come up with in connection to his newest releases.

If i could choose from anyone, ignoring the reality, I would choose Acivii... Devided feelings about it since he did not really like performing, but it would have been amazing to at least experience it once. Otherwise I think I would choose Coldplay 💃

There are several artists that I love to watch, but there's one in particular that his show is one of the best I've seen in the last few days. Singer Alex Cohen really is amazing!
