Restoring deleted song play count

I released a song under my old label a few years ago, which since garnered 200k plays. However, recently I cancelled my account with Distrokid as I couldn't afford so the track went down. If I start a new account and upload the track with the identical metadata and ISRC code will it restore the plays of the old track?
