Sick of being polite about your inability to show JRE videos

You are utterly useless as a business and I have never witnessed a worse customer experience in my entire life... you took on responsibility for a platform of millions of JRE podcast viewers and STILL cannot provide the videos after months of complaints. My phone is the only screen in my house able to play them! Not my TV, not my Echo, nothing. Completely ruined the podcast arena with your staggering ineptitude. I hope you all lose your jobs. And Joe sets up his own rival platform down the line. Jeez the guy has one lone producer and managed to get every single video ever made online and available to the entire world for free... you idiots, with all your billons and a full IT dept, can’t even provide it to paying customers?????
